Atlantic Coast Line acquired these cars in 1949 and assigned them to the "County" series.  This configuration also was purchased by the Flordia East Coast and the Richmond, Fredricksburg & Potomac railroads.  Pennsylvania, Southern, and Louisville & Nashville utilized the similar Plan 4140 configuration.  Light gray plastic.  Made in United States.
