Based on Pullman-Standard plan W46544. Norfolk & Western acquired the former B&M cars via merger with the Wabash in 1964. Painted simulated stainless steel with dark blue window band and letterboards. Yellow printing. Plastic. Made in U.S.A., finished in China.
